Great hotel !!! Reception staff ,Kelly is perfect ,nice , helpful , polite .She can speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Detailed explanation of the location of nearby shops. Her service is the best of the best at my this holiday. And the room is very clean .Looking forward to my next stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. The staff made me feel very welcome and were genuinely kind. The room was spotless and comfortable, and I slept really well. Great location too! Will definitely come back next time.

My travel agent booked this accom because it was close to the event I was attending. Staff lovely very helpful, room spacious and perfectly equipped. Great sleep. Close to great cafes for brunch, best omelet ever. Everything walking distance. Then I attended the event STELLA BOOK AWARDS. Only to learn that Quest Sponsors these awards. Thank you for that also Quest. Big call out to front desk staff and behind the scenes staff. Thank you also. Will definitely use as my Brisbane home.

Kelly at Reception was lovely - so helpful, friendly and generous! She price matched and also upgraded the room type. The rooms were all spotlessly clean and had everything needed. The whole area was lovely and quiet but so convenient and easy to get to everything.

I had an amazing stay at Quest! My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staffs were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet at night. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and check-in was smooth and efficient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Five stars well deserved!

I’ve been staying here for the last 3-4 years as part of my work travel and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and staff is wonderful. Great selection of restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend it!
